Reebok Running Shoes
Adidas’ subsidiary, Reebok International Limited, not only is a producer of athletic footwear but it is also a producer of apparel and accessories. Among their product is the Reebok Running Shoes which is very widely used. As a fact, the name Reebok, has its origin from the Afrikaans spelling of rhebok, which is a type of an African gazelle. The company was founded in Bolton, England in 1895 but was renamed to Reebok in the year 1958. Joe and Jeff Foster, the company’s founders, rumor has it that they found the name rhebok in a South African edition dictionary that was won in a race by Joe Foster when he was a boy and since then, they have lived up to the company’s name.
