Committing White Collar Crimes
Two men I know from my church went to jail for basically the same reason – cheating elderly people out of their retirements through their supposed investment options. I was shocked because I was friends with their kids. I’m pretty sure they became exmormon, not as they wished, but were excommunicated. One of the guys became exmormon at least because he cheated on his wife. When he was awaiting his jail sentence, he had the nerve to ask his ex-wife for a place to say and she actually said yes. At one point he got very close to shoving her down the stairs while they were married.
