It Great to Have 24/7 Tech Support with Ares
It is usually late night before I go online and listen to music. If I need tech support there seems to be a delay until the next day. Ares is different. They have 24/7 tech support. This helps me a lot. I rarely have to go there but it is just comforting to know that I can get the attention I need when I need it. I also like to be able to burn a DVD whenever I want. In the early evening my family and I like to watch movies. I burn a DVD the night before and all we have to do is pop the popcorn and get comfy.
