Yoga is the Best Excersise for Women
I have tried all kinds of different exercises over the years. Aerobics, weightlifting and circuit training, just to name a few. In my opinion, I think yoga is the best exercise for women. It has such a calming quality that is not found with most other exercise programs. I have been doing yoga everyday for five years. If I miss just one day my whole body will feel tight and uncomfortable. I have come to depend on Yoga for not only my physical health, but my mental health, also. The deep breathing and meditation helps to keep my mind centered in a busy and chaotic world.
