I had it all wrong about eggs

Eggs are such a good source of protein, but I was lead to believe that too many whole eggs were bad for my cholesterol.  I found out recently that eating whole eggs is healthier than egg whites.  All these years I have been eating egg whites with 1 whole egg in the morning with some veggie blend.  I actually lost weight the first 2 weeks that I started eating like this for breakfast.  I eas eating no carbs, and doing great, feeling strong.  It was when I stopped limiting the carbs that I gained the weight back and then some.
