Busting Out the Ab Lounge
Even though I am at a healthy weight, I’m not very healthy. I don’t eat very healthy, I never work out, and I can’t walk up a flight of stairs without losing my breath and panting. So I’ve decided that it’s time to get into shape. I want a flatter stomach, so I’m going to bust out the ab lounge and start working on that. I’m also going to start jogging with my roommate in the mornings, and finally take my mom’s advice and get on a healthy diet. I’ve never really tried this sort of thing out before, so I hope it works!
