A New Tip

Of all the methods and theories that the industry of health and fitness try to pound into your head, the most recent one that I found that I personaly dont agree with is the need for very strict form and over controled movements.  The movements that you make when you start a lawn mower with a pull cord is not very slow or very controled. It is these kind of things that you will need strength for in everyday life. If you train with explosiveness in the gym and stop being so strict. It is one of those tips to get in shape.
