Considering Business Rates and Utility Costs
All my life, I’ve wanted to start my own photography business. For many years that dream just wasn’t a viable option, as my wife and I had a young family andneeded a steady income for support. But now that our children are a bit older and my wife has a steady job, we are considering the idea of a photography shop. At the moment we’re just looking at properties and talking about utility costs and business rates, seeing if we could even afford to let a property. However, if the numbers work out, I just may have my own business by the middle of next year.
